Firewood: All outside firewood is banned. Certified Kiln-dry firewood can be purchased at the camp store. Any outside firewood must be declared and abandoned prior to entry. Violation may result in fines up to $150 by local authorities or park management.
Occupancy: Camp sites allow a maximum number of overnight guests. All guests must be registered prior to entry at the camp store.
Visitors: Facilities in this park are for use by registered guests only. Visitors are required to register and pay day use fees at office before entering the park. All visitors must leave by 10pm unless registered as an overnight guest.
Pets: Must be leashed and picked up after. They must be accompanied by their master at all times. Pets must not disturb others. No aggressive pets allowed. All Pets must have a copy of their up-to-date rabies vaccination certificate prior to entry failure to provide prior to entry will result in the removal of your pet.
Quiet Time: 11pm to 8am. Activities and volume settings must be contained within your site at all times. Please be aware that normal speaking voices carry. Our quest hours are strictly enforced. Children must return to their site by 10pm.
Vehicles: All Vehicles are required to register prior to entry. Valid vehicle pass must be visibly displayed in the rearview mirror at all times. Unregistered vehicles may be towed at owners expense.
Recreational Equipment: Playgrounds, rock wall, jumping pillow, slides, pools, and all other activities are provided at your own risk. We strive to follow strict safety guidelines but due to the outdoor rugged nature of camping we ask that you inspect all equipment and activities for safety. Please report any concerns to the office. Do not play on equipment after dark. All playgrounds close at dusk.
Golf Carts: All slow and medium speed vehicles are required to remain on roadways. All vehicles require insurance and licensed drivers. Proof of insurance and driver's license must be presented at security and/or staff upon request. Speed limits apply throughout park.
Use of Swimming Facilities: The swimming facilities at the Deerpark Campground are not supervised by a lifeguard or other responsible person. In place of on-site supervision, this facility has established a series of safeguards to be followed by all guests. Never swim alone; a minimum of 2 adults 18 years of age or older must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use, with at least 1 adult on the pool deck or beachfront. There is no substitute for adequate supervision. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the bathing facility by a parent or guardian, or similar adult responsible for their safety AND BEHAVIOR. Only use the facilities during posted hours of operation and swim only in designated bathing areas. Do not drink alcohol and swim.
Saturday Arrival/Departure: We do not accept reservations that include a Saturday arrival or departure.
Bikes: Bikes cannot be rode after dark and a helmet must be worn if under the age of 16.
Campsite Specific Guidelines and Rules:
RV Site Equipment: Each campsite allows for one RV and one vehicle. A "pup" tent is allowed for children in the immediate family. Maximum limit of people per site apply.
Tent Site Equipment: Each campsite allows for one large (20 person tent) or two medium (6 person tent) and one vehicle. Maximum limit of people per site apply.
Park Access: Park Access is limited to registered guests only. Access to the park begins at 3pm on check-in day only after all payments have been made and ends at 12pm (noon) on check-out day. Failure to depart the campground on time will result in a fine up to but not limited to full night stay plus late stay fees. We are a gated campground and early access is starting at 1pm based on availability with fee. The sharing of park access to unregistered people or cars is strictly forbidden and will result in the deactivation of your access and fees will be assessed.
Trash: Any trash bags and litter left on your campsite after departure will result in a clean up fee up to $150.
Cabins/Accommodations Specific Guidelines and Rules:
Vehicles: Each accommodation allows up to 1 car. Additional parking maybe available for your accommodation at a per night fee of $8. The per night fee is due for the entirety of your stay regardless of how long the additional vehicle will be staying.
Additional Equipment: No tents, RVs, or other camping units are allowed on an accommodation's space.
Park Access: Park Access is limited to registered guests only. Access to the park begins at 3pm on check-in day only after all payments have been made and ends at 11am on check-out day. Failure to depart the campground on time will result in a fine up to but not limited to full night stay plus late stay fees. We are a gated campground and early access is limitedly available with fee. The sharing of park access to unregistered people or cars is strictly forbidden and will result in the deactivation of your access and fees will be assessed.
Smoking: All accommodations are non-smoking. Failure to follow our smoking policies will result in an automatic charge of $250 per fumigation session with a maximum charge of $1,000.
Excessive Cleanup/damage: All accommodations must be left in an orderly fashion with all dishes clean and drying on drying racks, broom swept, and all trash removed and placed in outside dumpster. Excessive cleanup or damage fees start at $150 with a maximum of $1,000.
Refund, Payment, and No Show Policy
Refunds: We do not issue refunds for unused days or due to weather related cancellations/early departure. Refunds, if issued, will only be returned to the same card the initial transaction was made on.
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. All outstanding balances must be paid prior to entry into the campground. We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks. Unable to pay in full payment plans may be available, please give us a call.
No shows: Reservations will be held until check-out time of the first day. No shows will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit.
